1. Go to https://heritagepark.permit.parkplus.ca and click Welcome
2. This will lead you to the Parking Services login page, click Create Account
3. Fill out the following information:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • E-mail
   • Password
4. Click Sign Up
5. An e-mail will be sent to you, please follow the instructions on the e-mail to confirm your e-mail and activate your account

Note: If you have a Residential Parking Permit or Calgary Zoo parking services account and your Heritage Park membership uses the same e-mail, you can use the same login credentials.

How do I register my Heritage Park Membership Parking?

1. Go to https://heritagepark.permit.parkplus.ca  and sign in
2. Click My Permits and on the left hand side click Register Membership
3. Enter your last name and your Heritage Park membership number and click Submit
   • The last name must match the last name on your membership card
   • If you don't have your Membership number, please contact Heritage Park at 403-268-8500

How do I add and activate my licence plate(s)?

1. Go to https://heritagepark.permit.parkplus.ca and sign in
2. Click My Permits and on the left hand side click Manage Permits
3. Click on Edit My Licence Plate List
4. Under New Plate, enter your licence plate number and province/state and click Add Plate. Once you click Add Plate the licence plate will automatically be activated.
5. If you have more than two plates on your profile, you'll be prompted to select which you'd like to have active session(s) by clicking the adjacent switch (it'll turn green).
6. Don't forget to click Save when you're done!

Please make sure your plate(s) and active session(s) are up-to-date prior to parking at Heritage Park.
